What's the smallest run you'll take?
Our minimum order is 2,500 units per SKU. Below that we can arrange lab samples and pilot runs for stability and concept testing.
I have a formula already. Can you scale it?
Yes. We perform a technical transfer, re-create your formula in our laboratory, run a pilot batch, and confirm against your historical performance data before scale-up.
Do you handle packaging and labeling?
We coordinate package sourcing, design, filling, assembly, and shipping from our New Jersey warehouse.
What certifications do you carry?
cGMP Certified, FDA Registered, ISO 22716, and RSPO Certified.
How long does a typical project take?
A new formulation from concept to pilot is typically 10 to 16 weeks. A technical-transfer project from a locked formula to first production run is typically 8 to 12 weeks.
